What is billable
You’re only charged when we successfully find a phone number for your submitted hash. If we can’t find a match, you won’t be charged.
No match, no charge.
Retry with the same Idempotency-Key and hash to avoid a second charge. Without a retry key, each successful submission is a new billable lookup.
Top up with M-Pesa
Top up your account wallet at any time from the Top up page. Enter your phone number to receive an STK prompt on your phone, or pay via PayBill using your account payment reference. Credits are applied once per confirmed Safaricom transaction receipt.
